We are implementing new features to the affiliate promotion this month. I'm very excited about the changes we've made. With minimal additional effort, everyone should see increased earrings this month from this promotion.

Major Change - Double your commission promotion
Earn Double Commissions
Here is the big change:
Rather than having to double your sales to earn the double commission rate, as we've done in the past, all you have to do this month is increase your sales from April and you will earn double commission in May. So if you sell more in May than you did in April, you will earn 50% commission on all Level I courses you sell in May. All you have to do is increase your sales and the extra money is yours.
Step 1 - Increase your sales
Take the total dollar amount of your sales of Visual Link Spanish™ in April - click here to have this total sent to you - and increase the amount by at least one dollar.
Ways to double affiliate sales:
- Change the location of your LearnSpanishToday link. Moving the link from the bottom of a page to the top can dramatically increase click-throughs and sales. Go through each affiliate link on your site to see if a position change is possible.
- Add more links. If the link has been performing well in one area of your site, it will likely perform well on other pages as well. Spread the link around. Try including a link to 'Learn Spanish' or 'Free Spanish Lessons' in the navigation of your site.
- Mention Visual Link Spanish™ in your newsletter. Many of your customers could be ready to buy the Spanish course and just need a little reminder to get them to purchase.
I'm sure you have other ideas that would fit your site and your customers. Try something new and see what happens.
Step 2 - Earn Double Commission
When you increase the sales from April, you will earn double commission (50%) for each Level I course sold during May. For example:
| Sales in April = $200.00 | April's commission = 25% |
| Sales in May = $201.00 | May's commission = 50% |
It is that easy.
Rules and Regulations
- The minimum amount that has to be sold to receive double commission rate of 50% is $270.00, the regular price of 2 Level I courses. This means, if you sold $0 last month, in order to get double commission this month you need to sell at least 2 Level I courses.
- No matter what your current commission rate is, 50% (or $67.48) is the maximum amount that will be earned per order.
- The amount of total monthly sales is a combination of all the Visual Link Spanish™ products sold through your site.
- Double commission will only be given on regularly priced Level I courses sold at $149.99. On all Free CDs, discount programs and supplementary products the normal standard commission will be awarded.
- To participate you must have signed up for the Affiliate program before April 1, 2007. If you joined the program after this date, you'll have to wait until the next promotion to participate.
- Commission bonuses will only apply to sales made during the May 2007 sales period. Then commission rates will return to their pervious level.
