Are you new to the Learn Spanish Challenge? Begin at Day 1.

Congratulations for making it to Day 53 of the Learn Spanish Challenge! I think that vision is very important in regards to achieving goals and obtaining success. When it seems like learning Spanish is an insurmountable mountain of obstacles, remember today’s quote. Step back and take a moment to envision yourself at the top of this mountain looking at the other side. You will get there by working at it every day, step by step.

In today’s video, Dave guides you through the beginning of Unit 3 of the Becoming Acquainted section. He also encourages you to begin learning Spanish verbs and invites you to visit learnalanguage.com or get a free trial of the Visual Link Spanish verb courses.

Congratulations for making it to Day 52 of the Learn Spanish Challenge! There is a lot of review built into the Visual Link Spanish Level 1 course, and the reason for that is reinforcing what you have learned so that you will have success when you are tested. You are going to make mistakes, and it’s important that you see your mistakes as opportunities to improve.

In today’s video, Dave guides you through Unit 2 of the Becoming Acquainted Section. He also invites you to follow @vislinkspanish on Twitter. I do a lot of the tweeting for the company, and I am usually quick in my response to any interactions on Twitter. Following us on Twitter gives you another channel through which you can communicate with us, stay updated, get good deals and get any other Spanish information you want to know.

Are you new to the Learn Spanish Challenge? Begin at Day 1.

Congratulations for making it to Day 51 of the Learn Spanish Challenge! By doing what you are doing, you are making a new ending to your life, one that may be filled with new experiences you otherwise would not have experienced.

In today’s video, you see that you finish the 1st unit of the Becoming Acquainted Section and move on to the 2nd unit. Dave also takes a moment to remind you of the importance of consistency. In school, you may have passed a test through cramming; however, the same will not work for learning Spanish. When you cram, you normally can’t remember what you crammed after the test. Consistency will help you retain what you are learning.

Are you new to the Learn Spanish Challenge? Begin at Day 1.

Congratulations for making it to Day 49 of the Learn Spanish Challenge! I like today’s quote because it is very applicable to life in general. Sometimes you just need to keep working hard and things work themselves out. Sometimes you just need to let it all out and have a good cry. And sometimes you just need to escape to the sea and relax. I hope you are making time for all 3!

In today’s video, Dave will guide you through the rest of Unit 8 Additional Practice of the Locations section. He also reminds you to take advantage of any opportunity that you have to speak with a native Spanish speaker. It’s important for you to be able to see if a native can understand you, and it’s important that you try to understand them. Also, I would suggest that you do your best to imitate their pronunciation when you speak Spanish.

Congratulations for making it to Day 46 of the Learn Spanish Challenge! When I think of celebration, I immediately think about Kool & The Gang and their song “Celebration“. For today, just watch that and that will be our celebration for doing so well in the Learn Spanish Challenge.

In today’s video, Dave will guide you through Unit 6 of the Locations section. He also encourages and reminds you to begin thinking in Spanish. This will really help you because your mind won’t be taking time to translate. Words and phrases will formulate easier and faster. When you read something in Spanish, you will read and comprehend quicker, because you won’t be translating each word. Try to avoid translating things word for word. It is better for you to understand the gist of what is being said and continue to learn and grow from there.
