Are you new to the Learn Spanish Challenge? Begin at Day 1.

Congratulations for making it to Day 74 of the Learn Spanish Challenge! I hope you read today’s quote. Sometimes it is easy to blame your mental or physical fatigue on your Spanish studies. Don’t let worry, frustration and resentment from outside areas of your life affect those areas which are most important to you. Do your best to give your highest effort on the goals that matter most to you.

Today you will begin Unit 3 of the Restaurant section. As Dave explains in the video, you can take a few days to complete all the lessons in Unit 3. Dave also encourages you to visit us on Facebook to try and find a pen pal or someone with whom you can communicate in Spanish. If you can make a personal connection in your learning journey, then your journey will be more fun and feel less like a burden.

Are you new to the Learn Spanish Challenge? Begin at Day 1.

Congratulations for making it to Day 73 of the Learn Spanish Challenge! You have come a long way on your journey to learn Spanish, and for that, you should be very proud. Whenever you are working toward a goal, there will be days that are simply better or worse than others. On some days it might seem easy to get frustrated with your progress and feel sorry for yourself. Do your best to avoid those feelings because they simply don’t represent you and your progress.

Today you will begin Unit 2 of the Restaurant section. As Dave explains in the video, you will finish the lessons you were assigned on Day 72. He also encourages you to watch some Spanish TV. If you are unable to find any Spanish channels where you are, then you should be able to find some on the internet. Do your best to understand the gist of what is being said. Use body gestures and facial expressions to help you.

Congratulations for making it to Day 69 of the Learn Spanish Challenge! Today’s quote is applicable to your life because learning Spanish is something that you can control. There are a lot of things that you can’t control and there is no sense in worrying about them. Make time for the things that are most important to you and let the chips fall where they may.

Today you will finish the Additional Practice Unit and thus complete the entire Describing Characteristics Section. There are quite a few lessons today, and you will be allowed some time over the next few days to review and catch up. Dave encourages you in the video, like he has a few times before, to repeat the Spanish aloud. This will help you with pronunciation and flow in general.

Are you new to the Learn Spanish Challenge? Begin at Day 1.

Congratulations for making it to Day 65 of the Learn Spanish Challenge! You have worked very hard so far in order to learn Spanish. If you feel worn out sometimes, then I don’t blame you. I like today’s quote because it’s simply what happens sometimes. So, get that grain of sand out of your shoes and keep trying to reach the top of the mountain.

In today’s video, Dave guides you through Unit 6 of the Describing Characteristics Section. There is a lot to do today so go ahead and get right to it! Dave also encourages you to purchase a Spanish-only dictionary. This is a big step in your progress. This will help you to think more and more only in Spanish. You don’t want to be translating everything in your head from Spanish to English or English to Spanish. That will slow you down.
